Privacy policy

To sign in we collect your phone number, or — with Telegram — your Telegram name, username and numeric ID, or — with Sign in with Apple — the name Apple gives us the first time and an email address (often a private relay address Apple generates for you). When you post a listing we store its photos, map location, price and the contact details you choose to publish. On the map the app uses your device location only while the screen is open — never in the background and never stored. We record which contact button is tapped, to prevent abuse — this is not linked to your account. If you allow notifications, we store your device's push token with your account so we can alert you when a saved search matches or your listing is approved; you can see your notification history in the app's Notifications tab, and the token is deleted when you sign out or if it stops working. The app also keeps a small offline copy on your device — your saved listings, your last search and small thumbnails — so they show up without a connection; this stays on your phone and is never sent to us. We do not process payments and do not sell your data. Data is hosted on Supabase and Vercel; iOS notifications use Apple's push notification service. Your device loads map tiles from tiles.openfreemap.org, whose operator receives your IP address and normal connection metadata. You can permanently delete your account at any time — in the app (Profile → Delete account) or at inharam.app/delete-account — which also removes your push tokens and notification history. Contact: support@inharam.app. We record visits and app interactions using a random device identifier, approximate country and, when you are signed in, your account ID. These statistics are linked to your account when signed in; we do not store raw IP addresses. Car-rental survey answers are stored with the same identifiers and the optional contact details you provide. We use them for analytics, service planning and, only with your consent, contacting you about the service. After account deletion, analytics records can retain a random device identifier without the account ID until the 90-day cleanup. Uploaded file removal is best effort and may require follow-up cleanup. Contact support about remaining data. Email sign-in also stores your email address. If you request owner verification, we store the document you submit privately for administrator review. Do not upload documents that are unnecessary for verifying your right to offer the property. Messages are stored for this conversation. Reported messages are shared with moderators. Deleting either account removes the conversation. Notice: third-party home/hotel listings, hotel photos and external booking links are currently paused. Map tiles remain available.
